We constructed evaluation model of ecologic-socio-economic systems at different levels (businesses, industries, regions, countries) from the standpoint of sustainable development, criteria and approaches to select appropriate groups of indices and indicators. We grounded the group of global and regional threats that influence on processes of sustainable development of countries and regions of Ukraine, and approaches for the analysis of their impact on sustainable development. Also general approach to the problem of coordination data of various nature in multidisciplinary research, methods of correct data conversion according to the measurement (individual methods of linear and nonlinear normalization, data combining, data measured at nominal scales) and methods for the quantitative evaluation of the data consistency were developed.

With the developed evaluation model we analyzed the dynamics of the countries and regions of Ukraine in the context of safety and quality of life of people from the standpoint of sustainable development for the period from 2005 to 2013, analyzed the impact of a set of global and regional threats to the development of ecologic-socio-economic systems of different levels, determined the critical values of indicators of threats, detected and investigated the causal relationships between the various processes taking place in the ecologic-socio-economic systems at various levels.

We developed principles of Utility library data mining in software libraries, that implement methods of data coordination and analysis of the different nature, and mechanisms of its using to construct the proposed evaluation model of sustainable development.
