Due to the developed unified support tools, the effective computing processes organization in a heterogeneous environment allows to ensure uninterrupted, secure and controlled operation of the enterprise information system.

The main scientific results are the services processing technology with the integration of information resources in the request service systems, that will allow significantly increasing the efficiency of technical resources in the provision of services to communication subscribers, allow for distributed processing of requests for user services and their billing, allow improving the quality of customer service and increasing the intelligence of service process.

Heterogeneous environment with dynamic architecture for high-performance data processing in distributed information systems

The analysis of the status and problems arising in the provision of services in global networks, particularly in systems Cloud Computing and Grid, as well as models, methods and algorithms to provide services and their pricing shown that the existing number of bottlenecks in the system to provide services in a global environment for ISPs and telecom operators, including call processing systems, query processing in data сetre and charging, since the lack of facilities the end user can not pick up service.

The multidisciplinary complex development of the distributed computing based on Web services

In the work the original technology for web-services development and deployment was created. Also the platform for efficient web-services execution and provision of services using web-services and high performance computing technologies was designed. The integrated system approach on the base of model-driven architecture approach modification was proposed. The approach allows shortening the development time and errors number in designed multicomponent distributed software suites and also organizing of high-performance environment using nondedicated computer equipment.

New principle models and methods of information resources and services integration were developed and methods of their interaction based on the software agent technology and multi-agent systems in distributed heterogeneous information and telecommunications environment.
