Development of methodological support and model sample of monitoring system based on the concept of Structural Health Monitoring
A study and development of methodological support structural monitoring of the technical state of metallic structural elements of complex spatial objects are carried out, the technical implementation monitoring system based on the concept of Structural Health Monitoring in mock sample is made. The simulation and physical models of complex spatial diagnostic object – the tank for storage of hazardous substances are given, the adequacy of models is confirmed.
Methodological support, algorithms and software are developed for evaluation and prediction of structural stability of object under dynamic loads and during changes in the technical condition of the object. The information model and block diagram of the monitoring system are designed, algorithmic and software are developed for identification and visualization options deflected mode of vibration and the spatial position of the object under the influence of dynamic loads. It is grounded of the structure measuring channel of model specimen of the system, the following measuring channels are formed and arranged: the channel of vibration measuring; the channel for determination of the object spatial position; the channel for the definition of parameters of stress-strain state of structural elements of the object. The methods are developed and vibration sensors are calibrated. The wireless data unit, algorithmic and software are developed.
The model sample of monitoring system is developed, software for its implementation and operation is developed. The procedure is designed and laboratory tests of model sample of monitoring system are carried out, dependencies of vibration (spectral, modal, fractal and statistical) characteristics, parameters of the stress-strain state and spatial parameters of the object are received to change its functional state and dynamic loads. These dependencies are used for decision making on the current technical condition and prediction of its changes.
