In the process of work was implemented fundamentally new software architecture ащк automatic systematization of scientific and educational segment of the global electronic information environment. Scientific and educational orientation allows using the features of the relevant data, especially the fact that they can usually be classified as semi-structured. This leads to the possibility of using structured methods aimed at processing the class, including methods based on Information Extraction.

Development of digital modem equipment for next generation tropospheric stations and small satellite radio communication systems

The structural and functional principles of modem equipment construction for over-the-horizon communication were developed. Time adaptation algorithms for changing conditions of over-the-horizon communication station, based on fuzzy conclusion algorithms were developed. Algorithms of frequency adaptation for initialization and continuous operation modes were developed. Algorithms to receive energy estimations of the channel and their statistical parameters were developed.

Research and application methods of cryptanalysis of unilateral cryptographic transformations in classical and quantum computing model.

Cryptanalytical methods of one-way mappings are modified and developed in classical and quantum computational model. New statistical criteria are proposed for evaluation of random and pseudorandom generators’ quality. Security evaluation methods against differential and linear cryptanalysis are developed for non-Markov symmetric block ciphers with their structural specific taken into consideration. Upper bounds of average probabilities of integral differentials are estimated for some classes of mappings.

The development of the combined system to provide the safety and survivability complex technical system functioning in real time

There are proposed the methodological, mathematical and algorithmic toolkit for the integrated system to ensure the security and survivability (ISSS) of complex technical systems (CES) functioning in real time based on the timely formation and implementation of decisions and unremovable threshold time limit for cycle control in abnormal conditions.

Development of a system for monitoring and control of mobile robotic tools for complex environmental monitoring and ground objects

A new architecture and basic components of the UAV control system with robotic devices and Tactical Support Platform (TSP) for horizon control so a drone and robot were develop, the structure of hardware and software complex Ground Control Centre (GCC), circuit integration of major subsystems and equipment – registration server, data analysis and data processing ground facilities monitoring results, the server for access to the resources of the relevant data warehouses and databases, components of these management systems and data streams and video.

Investigation of novel ultrawideband adaptive low-profile antenna arrays for future radioelectronic systems for dual applications

Novel method and technology of planar scanning ultrawideband antenna arrays for L-,S-, C- bands were developed. Attractive features of the arrays are wide angle scanning sector (up to ±45° in orthogonal planes), low level of cross-polar radiation, low active reflection losses (<0,3 for the absolute majority of array elements) in ultrawide frequency band with coverage up to 7:1. In addition developed antenna arrays are characterized by high efficiency (up to 95%) in L-,S-,C-bands, low weight (less than 15 kg/m2) and low profile (<λmax/10).

An efficiency, reliability and quality of IT infrastructure service delivery are increased at key stages of its life cycle, primarily at its operation and development stages, through the development and implementation of management system that provides the monitoring of system parameters taking into account the mathematical and information models and methods of analysis, structure synthesis and IT infrastructure operation management.

Development of radio with gigabit bandwidth terahertz range for ultra-high distribution of access networks

An experimental model of a digital radio link with a gigabit bandwidth is functional in the terahertz range, and which can be used in a new generation of ultra-high switching of mobile communication networks for transmitting and receiving digital data at a rate up to 1 Gbit / c in the frequency range 128 - 134 GHz range communication within 1 km.

Development and Research of Highly Efficient Architectures of Special Purpose Computer System for Implementing Computing in Finite Fields

The modified method window exponentiation elements of field GF(p), four algorithms implementing this method and software was proposed. The idea of the proposed method can be applied to the problem of scalar multiplication of points of an elliptic curve over an arbitrary finite field.
