The main result is the development of the concept of scientific and technical foundations for the creation of new high-speed over the-horizon communication systems (SPZ) with variable architecture using reference stations for tropospheric communication and relay intelligent air platforms and artificial formations.
For the first time in Ukraine a prototype of the "point-to-point" wireless communication system in terahertz frequency band of 130-132 GHz was developed with usage of impulse ultra wideband signals for local computer networks and sensors data transmission networks which based on the proposed “non-energy” reception method of impulse ultra wideband signals.
The structural and functional principles of modem equipment construction for over-the-horizon communication were developed. Time adaptation algorithms for changing conditions of over-the-horizon communication station, based on fuzzy conclusion algorithms were developed. Algorithms of frequency adaptation for initialization and continuous operation modes were developed. Algorithms to receive energy estimations of the channel and their statistical parameters were developed.
