A set of hardware and software for constructing distributed multi-channel microcontroller acquisition systems and processing of measurement information based on virtual measuring network networks supporting IP protocol, common digital interfaces, specialized CoAP/CoRE network protocols and flexible software configuration of measuring channels in a multitask environment is developed. An approach is proposed to construct systems for collecting and processing experimental data as a multilevel network of virtual measuring modules.
Information and communication technologies
An information-analytical foresight system was developed for the problem of social disasters. This system is based on using scenario analysis methodology for timely detection of reasons, modeling, study and mitigation of consequences of social disasters, caused by different reasons, particularly catastrophes and terrorism.
The main obtained results are the development of scientific and technical principles for the creation of heterogeneous telecommunications systems of the next generation with high throughput, the nodes of which are located on the platform of the stratospheric unmanned aerial vehicle, which enables such a system to integrate into existing local communications, which are located in the coverage area of the aircraft.
The portable system of automatic visual object tracking in a sequence of images of increased reliability and speed has been developed. The system finds the trajectory of a given object in video sequences determining its coordinates on each frame. The improvement of the system performance is achieved by developing and modifying tracking techniques as well as the structural and functional organization of the embedded software and hardware aids of their implementation on the ARM Cortex-A processor core.

In the process of work was implemented fundamentally new software architecture ащк automatic systematization of scientific and educational segment of the global electronic information environment. Scientific and educational orientation allows using the features of the relevant data, especially the fact that they can usually be classified as semi-structured. This leads to the possibility of using structured methods aimed at processing the class, including methods based on Information Extraction.
The structural and functional principles of modem equipment construction for over-the-horizon communication were developed. Time adaptation algorithms for changing conditions of over-the-horizon communication station, based on fuzzy conclusion algorithms were developed. Algorithms of frequency adaptation for initialization and continuous operation modes were developed. Algorithms to receive energy estimations of the channel and their statistical parameters were developed.
Cryptanalytical methods of one-way mappings are modified and developed in classical and quantum computational model. New statistical criteria are proposed for evaluation of random and pseudorandom generators’ quality. Security evaluation methods against differential and linear cryptanalysis are developed for non-Markov symmetric block ciphers with their structural specific taken into consideration. Upper bounds of average probabilities of integral differentials are estimated for some classes of mappings.
There are proposed the methodological, mathematical and algorithmic toolkit for the integrated system to ensure the security and survivability (ISSS) of complex technical systems (CES) functioning in real time based on the timely formation and implementation of decisions and unremovable threshold time limit for cycle control in abnormal conditions.
