Modelling of the formation and propagation of cracks in the construction of chemical equipment from operational factors
A theory of multi-shell systems to develop new methods that provide the ability to model the nonlinear deformation and fracture of shell systems through mobile and physically reasonable basis redefinition the expansion depending on the changes in physical - mechanical characteristics of the structure in the development process of zones of plasticity and fracture of layers of the investigated object. Has developed a new concept of the iterative construction of the functions of bringing a refined theory of multilayer shells and plates.
Theory is based on the rejection of the classical fixed basis expansion of the vector displacement through the thickness of layer packs and a transition to a basis consistently defined a condition for stationarity of the total energy of the system. Developed a method of discrete virtual of motion delamination zones for study of the destruction of multilayer structures of chemical engineering and iteratively adapt the analytical theory of meeting the challenges of fracture mechanics spatial reinforced by structures. Designed, implemented and tested software technique to study the propagation of cracks in the machines and apparatus of chemical engineering. Developed new multi-layered finite element for the simulation of crack propagation in multilayer spatial systems with the delamination. Are demonstrated results of theoretical positions iterative analytic theory in the development of automated systems for the continuous support of the life cycle of information objects.
