Applied system analysis and system engineering of information-communication systems

The essence of this development is applying the systems analysis and systems theory for determination of system criterion for dividing the informatization projects not on a functionality feature,  but on some general system features. This allows to formulate the component process of realization of projects of the organizational systems informatization as the specification of certain actions in the form of coordinated implementation of successive and parallel operations on the development of informatization project.
