Economic measure of sustainable development of Ukrainian districs and regions

A methodological approach to modeling the dynamic characteristics of the economic dimension of sustainable development for the administrative-territorial units of Ukraine.

Outlined a list of parameters that can be used in the calculation of indices and indicators defined ranges and changes in these indicators. Distributed a list of indicators of the degree and sign of the impact on the overall significance level of economic dimension of sustainable development. Done normalization parameters taking into account the sign of influence and bring them to the normalized dimensionless form and created the database structure of the normalized indicators.

A method of predicting the dynamics of regulated and unregulated parameters in the model of sustainable development for the administrative and territorial units of Ukraine. Done modeling economic dimension of sustainable development of administrative and territorial units. Checked the adequacy of the mathematical model ranking administrative units and developed methods to predict the dynamics of regulated and unregulated parameters in the model of sustainable development.

The analysis of the results on which improved mathematical model, which made it possible to make more informed management decisions on regional development. For economic content of each parameter on the basis of the expert survey approach to its criterial evaluation. Determined that the range of variation of these parameters with regard to regulation mainly deals with the general trends of development of a region.

Based on certain parameters that can be used in the calculation of indices and indicators, formed methodological approaches to the use of final and intermediate results of calculations in the process of management-level administrative units.

Developed guidelines and decision-making algorithm that given to state authorities, local self-government for approval and subsequent use of dynamic simulation results of the economic system of administrative-territorial unit in making their management decisions.
