The methodology of quantitative estimation and analysis of a society based on knowledge

A model of comprehensive quantitative assessment of the development of a society based on knowledge, using the system utility theory, was built. Simulation for countries and regions of Ukrain was provided, the results of which was used for creating thematic panels for presentation and analysis of the research results on-line. In the course of the investigation also method of verification applied models of complex systems based on the operations of aggregation and generalization and the use of equivalent transformations for categories that describe the subject area was established. This approach allows defining a set of objects on which attention should be focused in the context of the study mechanisms of domain subject to the limitations set for its formalization. And therefore this approach partially solves the problem of completeness factors set indicator models, including model evaluation of the development of a society based on knowledge. We construct the mapping between levels of representation of complex multi-level system as an example model of society based on knowledge, based on the detection and analysis of causal relationships between processes that are in it. New knowledge about the tendencies of k-society in Ukraine was obtained taking into account different national priorities, national and regional economic and social policies, socio-economic status, performance of various internal and external factors of different nature etc. The gained knowledge will be useful in the development of scientifically based national, regional and local programs and policies of k-society in Ukraine.
