Research of ultra wideband impulse radio signals properties and development of self-organizing radio networks based on these signals and terminals for them.

A new theoretical base and new methods of using ultra wide band radio signals in self-organized radio networks were created. The main idea of the self-organized networks is based on a fact that each terminal in the network acts not only as final transmitter and receiver of information but as a repeater – router for all subscribers in the network. Each terminal provides network parameters evaluation and optimizes information traffic control mechanisms.

Research and theoretical studies of new precision inertial navigation system in extreme conditions using neural networks

The actuality of solving the problem of fundamental researches of a new precision inertial navigation system (NS) in extreme conditions, which is the important constituent of the aviation gravimetrical system, is grounded. The classification of NS is resulted. The system of NS controlling has been improved.

Creation of the theory of the information technological innovation of the diagnostic and research of the spectrums of biotechnical objects at treatment

The principles of the new concept of an integrated approach to the definition of the status of biological and biotechnological (BTO) of the objects in the application of drugs on the basis of analysis of the spectra of objects. The goal was the creation of the theoretical foundations of technology diagnosis of the condition of biological objects under the influence of drugs on the basis of mathematical modeling of basic information biotechnical processes of interaction of objects with external stimuli.

Differential games of pursuit with the quality functional and their application to problems of dynamic resource allocation

The new classes of differential games pursuit-evasion with the phase constraints, the terminal set and functionality, the fixed time of the game end on the Cartesian product of the set of closed subsets of the Euclidean space and set of continuous functions are solved. Formalization of problem of sustainable development, which takes into account different nature of subsystems, mental features of population and existence of necessities of next generations, in resources, is offered.

Non-linear methods for decisions making processes under uncertainty conditions

The new methods of building strategies of imperfect inspections problems for successfully disclose of the disorder and the design of experiments with multi-alternatives are developed. Necessary and sufficient conditions are developed if the failure distribution is known explicitly, whereas a sufficient condition is given if only the increasing failure intensity is known from experiment.

Development of theoretical foundation for creation of high-performance computer systems with run-time parallelization of computational processes

Developed theoretical foundations for construction of superscalar RISC-microprocessor kernel architecture with extended properties of parallelism exposure at the level of commands. Parallelism improvements at the level of commands was achieved by organization of simultaneous decoding on RISC-operations of 32 byte command window of the processed threads and simultaneous treatment of up to four threads of instructions from a set of x86-64. Decoding of command windows, in relation to the processed threads, takes place by turns.
