Knowledge base for processing and structuring of natural - language information, which provides a recursive text parser, based on a new formal model of the structural level of organization of linguistic material,which provides a recursive scheme of organization that clearly defined an element of recursion - the basic semantic and syntactic structure, which is described by the extended model.

Hierarchical Internet-oriented microserver systems for remote experimental data asquisition and processing

Hardware-software complex for development of distributed informational-measurement microcontroller systems with microserver Internet access based on hierarchical structures of multilevel measurement systems was developed. New structural and technical solutions for multilevel data acquisition systems were suggested. The system is built as a two-level microserver Ethernet-network of virtual measurement modules. Test samples of basic hardware/software tools were designed.

Methods of the organization of monitoring information-analytical systems for scientific and educational purpose on the basis of highly productive computing cluster technologies.

A number of approaches is developed for creation of monitoring information-analytical systems for scientific and educational activity support. The way of an efficiency estimation of using information-analytical, including monitoring information-analytical systems for solving problems of science and education on the basis of use spatial cognitive model of training is offered. The purpose of work consists in development and improvement probabilistic for algebra methods of research of cryptographic transformations, analysis of symmetric and asymmetric algorithms of enciphering, methods of avtentifikacii, cryptographic protocols, taking into account the last achievements of kriptologii and application of results for the estimation of firmness and efficiency of modern kriptosistem and cryptographic protocols, improvement of methods of cryptographic priv.

Construction decision support system by using Bayesian network’s theory for modeling behavior of complex systems

Developed some of methods for solving ill-structed problems for modeling, prediction and classification. All methods use Bayesian networks. Proposed a new five step method for finding the parameters of Bayesian networks with hidden nodes. Method bases on an expectation maximization algorithm. Suggested Pearson's, Chuprov's, Cramer's, Goodman's and mutual information coefficients for finding interconnections between Bayesian network's nodes. For solving the problem of modeling the behavior of complex systems proposed original method for construction and application hybrid Bayesian networks.

The development of the methods for improving efficiency of the space-time processing of the telecomunication signals with interferences

Sense of work consists of analysis of modern world trends in progress of the space-time processing theory, development of new methods of radio signals processing with space-time structures, which are factorized with the use of Croneckers` matrices muptiplication theory for the radio electronic facilities’ digital adaptive arrays, and also analysis of possibility of the physical phenomenon of curvature of wave front of electromagnetic wave application for the increase of efficiency of functioning of the telecommunication systems in the conditions of interferences.

Resources and Services Management in Heterogeneous Telecommunication Environment

The technology of access and management of information and program resources in heterogeneous informative-telecommunication environment is created. It is the basis of intermediate layer software for access and performance of the distributed program systems in networks, which use technologies both cable and wireless access.

Development of an integrated technology system design, safety control and diagnosis of complex technical objects under conditions of uncertainty and multifactorial risk

The methodological, mathematical and algorithmical toolkit on providing the control by functioning and monitoring, operative diagnosis, evaluation and prediction of the permissible risk margin of the forecast abnormal, critical, extraordinary, emergency and catastrophic situations’ set in the complex technical systems’ (CTS) functioning dynamics under the conditions of the uncertainties and multifactorial risks is worked out.

The creation of the design and manufacture of integrated circuits ferroelectric memory

The new research technology to deposition of submicron (20-100 nm) ferroelectric thin films (FTF) for acoustic-volatile ferroelectric storage elements. Improved equipment for deposition and etching of FTF on silicon substrates with CMOS structures and construction of cathode with a circular target and disk fragments, which ensures uniform thickness and composition of FTF during their deposition method ion-plazmа sputtering in magnetron-type reactor with closed drift of electrons.
