For the first time the scientific basis of a fundamentally new method of forming biocompatible (titanium alloy) coating of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in polycrystalline silicon oxide layers with nickel and iron catalytic centers are obtained by CVD for implants, dentures support-the driving apparatus of human and medical instruments were developed. For the first time a model of physical and chemical processes of the composite coatings formation under laser irradiation of CNT substrates with pre-coated with a layer of hydroxyapatite powder were proposed.

Thermal stability and operating reliability of nanosized metal films on insulators and semi-conductors

A comprehensive scientific approach to account for the "cross-effects" influence of physical and thermal deposition process parameters on structure and properties of nanoscale metal films Cu-Sn, Cu-Au, Cu-Mn, Cu-Sn-Mn, Al-Mn-Cr, Ni- Al, Ni-Au, Ti-Ag, Fe-Pt, and etc has been developed. The general regularities of diffusion processes due to subsequent thermal annealing in ultra-high vacuum, oxygen- and hydrogen containing atmosphere, ion-plasma and laser treatment have been discovered.

Technology of combined energy-efficient power stations with integrated use of distribution generation and smart-technologies

The methodology and mathematical tools for solving problems of the integrated energy systems development is created. Proposed methodology is based on combined use of distributed micro power stations with distributed generation, with taking into consideration the existing energy infrastructure of the region, resource base, the potential of renewable energy, environmental constraints, economic and social risks.

Research of ultra wideband impulse radio signals properties and development of self-organizing radio networks based on these signals and terminals for them.

A new theoretical base and new methods of using ultra wide band radio signals in self-organized radio networks were created. The main idea of the self-organized networks is based on a fact that each terminal in the network acts not only as final transmitter and receiver of information but as a repeater – router for all subscribers in the network. Each terminal provides network parameters evaluation and optimizes information traffic control mechanisms.

The recommendation for designing of air dust-feeders, which ensurance uniform feed of dust to burners of the boilers when low-reaction coal is burnt in working conditions of 300 MW energy unit are worked out. The plan of the branch standard “The method directives for developing, designing and putting in practice of the system of dust feeding with high concentration (under the pressure) to boiler 300MW energy units, which burn low reaction coal” are prepared.
